convert dialogs from <window> to <dialog>
Patch seems to have bitrotted; I couldn't get the address book name dialog or
the select address dialog to work. (r= on the other dialogs though).

OK, so I figured out how to fix the bitrot so r= on abAddressBookNameDialog
fixed for bitrot but my select addresses still doesn't work.

The New/Edit card dialogs were converted to <dialog> in bug 197666.
