Steps to reproduce

1. Reach any Product Details page that has never been analyzed.
2. Analyze the Reviews.

Expected result

• The High contrast frame for each card or message should have some free space between the border and the text.

Actual result

• The Border from the Analyze is in Progress message is too close to the Text with High Contrast enabled.
