Windows 7 backup fails unless firefox history is cleared because TrojanHTML/phish!pz causes shadow file corruption.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
Attempted to run windows 7 backup on both this Windows 7 machine and a Windows 11 machine. Installed FF ESR on this Windows 7 machine, failure still occurs.
Actual results:
In both cases, backup fails because an error in the shadow file is detected and Windows Defender cannot remedy the problem. Error is attributed to TrojanHTML/phish!pz
If the FF History is flushed, and I also disconnect network without opening anything, then I restart backup and it should complete. Someone posted this and I found it works.
UBO was mentioned in another chat. I have AB+ enabled.
Expected results:
Backup should complete normally.
