When I test bug 1874013, I found that significant degradation in pdf file rendering performance.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9372077

Actual results:
Rendering is slow.

Expected results:
It should render in 2-3 seconds or less.
