Preconditions

• Install the Firefox en-US build
• Set browser.search.region to US in about:config
• Flip following prefs in about:config:
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.v2.enabled = true
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported = on
  * extensions.formautofill.heuristics.captureOnFormRemoval = true
  * extensions.formautofill.heuristics.captureOnPageNavigation = true
• Use US VPN to test

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.costco.com/
2. Add an item to Cart and navigate to the checkout page.
3. Fill in the Address Form and in the "Apt. Suite, Unit, Etc." field, fill the in with "Suite 4A".
4. Submit the form and save the address through the Address Capture doorhanger.
5. Return to the Address Form and fill in the "Apt., Suite, Unit, Etc." field with "STE 4A".
6. Submit the form and save the address through the Address Capture doorhanger.

Expected result

• If the optional address field is filled in with "Suite 4A", the field is not captured and stored.

Actual result

• If the optional address field is filled in with "Suite 4A", the field is not captured and stored. If the data in the optional field is STE 4A, it works ok, the field is captured and stored. STE 4A should be equal to Suite 4A so it should be captured in the save address doorhanger.
