Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 123.0a1-20240110213539
Preconditions:
• US VPN might be needed
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://help.target.com/help/subcategoryarticle?childcat=Current+promotions&parentcat=Promotions+%26+Coupons&searchQuery=search+help
- Scroll up/down the page for a few seconds.
- Open and collapse some drop downs if the button does not appear.
Expected Behaviour:
"Chat Now" button gets displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Actual Behaviour:
"Chat Now" button does not get displayed.
Notes:
- Screen rec attached
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Same behaviour in Private mode
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
