Download Manager line items must be individually closed by clicking their x widgets.

Provide an option to remove the download record after the download is complete.
 For those who want to retain a list of downloads, provide the ability to
rapidly clear the entire list (e.g. "Select All...Delete").

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "Save As..." multiple files.
2.  Delete all records of downloads from the Download Manager.
Actual Results:  
Remove each record individually by clicking the x widget.

Expected Results:  
Allow "Select All...Delete" of all items, with an option to close each item
after the download is completed.

Since this was a feature that was in older builds of Chimera I think the
priority should be upped.

Warren, please file one bug for each request; 1) to be able to Select All/Delete
in the Downloads window, and 2) to implement an option to automatically close
downloads when they finish.
