This bug appears on autoand build.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open about:preferences#privacy
2. Scroll to History section
3. Click on Clear History... button

Actual Results:
Sub-dialog buttons overlap with content

Expected Results:
Should not overlap.

about:preferences#privacy > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Manage Exceptions...
about:preferences#privacy > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Exceptions...
about:preferences > Language > Choose...
are also affected. Maybe the others...

In some other subdialogs,
Less padding around the dialog button.
