Currently, there's no way to add notes or annotations to data points on the graph view. This would be useful to have though so that when people look through the graphs, they can see what happened on any changes at-a-glance. At the moment, people have to find the right person to ask about what happened in a particular area which can take some time. It can also become a "rediscovery" process where someone already figured out the issue, but then another person determines the cause again. With annotations/notes, this could be a much more streamlined process.
