Details
Even if we use fuses to generate less code for EmulatesUndefined, we also should remove tautological expressions and branches once we have a fuse dependency registered.

anba added more infrastructure for runtime fuses in bug 1990248. Maybe we can now move this fuse guard into CacheIR so that we have the information available in the MIR pipeline.
