While working through an incident with Pulse yesterday (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1875115) we discovered that we're on an outdated and unsupported version of it. We should get up to date, and ideally, stay up to date.

The issue in question was that high numbers of unacked messages more or less took down the server. Perhaps a newer version might prevent this sort of issue.
