If any items are placed to the right of the "Bookmark Toolbar Items" and there
is not enough space for all the links to fit, they will push the other items off
the screen to fit. This is very annoyig because even if you have only a few
links, when you make the Phoenix window small the links will usually not have
enough space. Therefore, they will push your other items off the screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to View->Toolbars->Customize
2. Drag the some items to the right of the Bookmarks Toolbar Items (I think it
should be named just Bookmarks Toolbar, tehy are obviously items)
3. Add links to the "Bookmarks TOolbar" links until the items you placed to the
right of the "Bookmarks Toolbar" gradually get pushed off the screen. You may
want to add only a few links, but make the window small to achieve results faster.

Actual Results:  
The items to the right of the "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" were gradually pushed
off the screen.

Expected Results:  
I expected the "Bookmarks TOolbar Items" to act the same as if it did not have
space and there were no items to the right of it. Make a small cheveron sign
(>>) which the user can click to acess the rest of the links.

It should have looked like this:

Alex, please query for existing bugs before filing new ones. If the query tool
is too difficult or confusing for you then take a stab at reading the summaries
of all of the Phonenix bugs. There are only about 300 and skimming the summaries
of all of them would only take a few minutes.
