Steps to reproduce:

Install any extension with a WebView (eg: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/code-editor/)
Launch this WebView
Select the "Add to Home screen" button
Try to launch the shortcut

Actual results:

An "App Not Installed" error

Expected results:

Launched the extension WebView like any other website

I think this isn't an extension bug. Rather, the "Add to Home screen" feature might not support opening moz-extension URLs.
