Have you tried a newer build? Did you try with a clean installation directory and a new profile?
Where do I find the *latest* build? I only found the download for .5 off the Moz. Homepage.
Please submit all comments via Bugzilla. The link can be found on every email. Nightly builds can be found at http://ftp34.newaol.com/pub/phoenix/nightly/
I did delete the directory, but I don't understand the directions for how to delete/create a profile
To Delete your profile, run phoenix.exe -ProfileManager
Deleting profile and Loading latest bug removed the problem. However, this instruction: "To Delete your profile, run phoenix.exe -ProfileManager" Did not work no matter how many ways I tried it. I was running it from the start command, and tried it different spacings and formats, all pointing to the phoenix executable on my hard drive. This time, I deleted it directly from my Application Data (windows 2000). I am fairly certain that the profile was the problem.
