User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:121.0) Gecko/121.0 Firefox/121.0
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1. First, make sure the toolbar is at the bottom, not at the top.
Step 2. Open any version of Firefox for Android (Firefox, Firefox Nightly, Firefox Focus, and even forks like Iceraven) in a mini window mode (multitasking Android feature).
Step 3. Then click on the triple dot menu, and attempt to scroll down.
Actual results:
The menu won't scroll down properly, it will be stuck halfway. I've even attached a demonstration of Kiwi Browser effortlessly scrolling through the menu for comparison in the attached file.
Expected results:
The menu should've scrolled all the way down properly in a mini window mode. Sometimes it's necessary to access Firefox's settings (for whatever the reason) and on Android, I prefer to open apps in a mini window using my phone's sidebar feature (instead of exiting the app I'm in and opening Firefox) because it's faster; that's what's multitasking features are for. But because of this menu scrolling bug, it's impossible to do that and often have to open Firefox in a full screen app anyway just to access my logins for example.

I can't reproduce the bug, I think it has been fixed recently but I couldn't find the bug to reference this work.
Can you still reproduce it?
I'll close it as WORKFORME but feel free to reopen it in case it is still reproducible for you.
Thanks for reporting this issue!
