On Windows environments the test (helper_bug1806400.html) causes InjectTouchInput failure. GetLastError=1460 error on synthesizeNativeTouch(TOUCH_REMOVE) so that the test doesn't run properly. The error number means ERROR_TIMEOUT, in fact there's at least 100ms in between synthesizeNativeTouch(TOUCH_CONTACT) and the synthesizeNativeTouch(TOUCH_REMOVE) calls.
I have no idea how to fix this error now, I am going to skip the test on Windows in bug 1806400.
