User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:122.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/122.0
Steps to reproduce:
opened firefox
Actual results:
firefox does open, but it is immediately very slow and laggy. even typing this right now, it takes a second or two for groups of letters to appear. the more tabs i open, the worse it gets.
Expected results:
firefox to run normally--this is a relatively new issue from the past two, possibly three weeks.

At least a part of this appears to be because there are tabs open with extremely large data URLs in them. These appear to be PDFs. If you close those tabs, does the browser responsiveness recover?
