Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Reach the payment form on www.lowes.ca
  2. Click on each CC field and select a value from the CC dropdown.

Expected result
All CC-eligible fields should be autofilled.

Actual result
Only the focused field is autofilled.

Regression range

  • Not a recent regression.

Additional notes

  • Not reproducible in Chrome.
No longer depends on: 1815393

While testing the CC autofill on https://www.rona.ca/en?lowesca_redirect=HOME in Nightly 124.0a1 on Windows10x 64, I've noticed that the Clear form option is working similarly: only the focused autofilled fields are cleared out.
Same issue can be reproduced on macOS 11 ARM too.

Fixed by bug 1906292. All the CC eligible fields are now autofilled and cleared accordingly.
As we agreed with the engineering team and based on this comment, I will mark this as fixed and verified.

@dimi, I've noticed that the Clear autofill dropdown for the expiration date fields is not displayed in the following cases:

  • clear dropdown autofill is not displayed for the month field when autofilliing is triggered from the year field
  • clear dropdown autofill is not displayed for the year field when autofilling is triggered from the card number field or from the month number field.

Should we file a ticket for this? Thank in advance.
