Steps to reproduce:
- Open browser
- Go to wykop.pl
- Close GDPR warning (if visiting first time) as well as "login with google" popup
- Scroll up/down
Actual results:
Sticky bottom element on the website is jumping up/down instead of being fixed to the bottom.
I don't observe this on all websites. When I observe this issue it happens when the website loads slightly zoomed in when opened (as is the case with wykop.pl)
Expected results:
Sticky bottom element should be correctly glued to the bottom of the website.

@mikaka27, thank you for your report.
I used Google Pixel 7 Pro (Android 14) and OnePlus A3000 (Android 6) on the latest Nightly 124.0a1 from February 9, 2024, but I couldn't reproduce this issue.
I also tried to watch the video you attached but encountered an error. Could you please specify the Android device and OS you used, the build, and maybe attach another video? Thank you!
The device is Galaxy S10e (small screen).
I didn't check the build at the time I recorded the video, but it still reproduces in current stable 122 and today's nightly as well: 124.0a1 (Build: #2016002471), 912d4819ef+
Problem with the video is probably because I had to reencode it hevc to fix under 10MB limit.
Here is a dropbox link to original version: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/fwpeb6q0cuy9cz37c6fqd/recording_20240126_175400.mp4?rlkey=5srm3i7929zi4q1y9zxykx00f&dl=0
Will this do for you?
