Steps to reproduce

1. Bookmarks / History: Open the search
2. Run a search.

Expected behaviour

All results found will be returned.

To increase transparency, the number of search results should be displayed to the user as a number.

Actual behaviour

If more than 20 search results are returned, the result list terminates after the 20th position.
This makes it unclear to the user whether exactly 20 results were found or the list output was just aborted.

Bookmark:
I have saved bookmarks with the same starting URL path in a folder. At the time of testing there were 34 bookmarks there. However, the search only finds 20 or 21. I used parts of the path as a search string.

History:
I visit certain websites several times a day, but with different subpages (e.g. news portals). When I search for the domain, the output is not limited to 20 entries, but if I estimate, the actual number must be many times larger than that found.

I can't test this. The chronicle basically does not provide any information about the total number or entries found.

I can confirm this behavior, when having more than 20 items in bookmark that has the same part in the name we search with, only 20 items are displayed.
Tested on the latest Nightly build 124.0a1 from 2024-02-14.
Device used: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14).
Marking the ticket as NEW.

But we get more than 20 results from history.
Can others confirm?
