Navigate to https://veloviewer.com/zwift-insider/france.
Click Show All. Wait for it to load.
Scroll the scroll frame in the middle of the page all the way to the bottom.
Scroll the whole page to the bottom.
Place your mouse cursor just below the large scroll frame.
Scroll the page up with a quick fling.
Keep flinging up.
Expected results:
One scroll bounce when page reaches the top, then the flings scroll the large scroll frame.
Actual results:
Scroll bounces continue whilst the large scroll frame scrolls.

I can't reproduce either on Windows 11 or on Mac.
Maybe the site has changed?

Timothy, can you explain the exact position where should the mouse cursor be aligned? I guess it's on the header "Rank # Name" etc.?

Sorry,
"Place your mouse cursor just before the large scroll frame."
should be
"Place your mouse cursor just below the large scroll frame."
I edited the first comment to fix that.
With those steps I just reproduced the problem now.

Thanks Timothy. I finally can reproduce on Mac. For some reasons I can't see the issue on my Windows laptop, but I think there should also be reproducible.
Anyway, this looks similar to bug 1857671, but non-iframe version? Blocking overscroll-post.
