The current version of docker-compose.yml is affected by https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/11413. This bug is already fixed, and the fix will likely reach a released version of the Docker CLI this week, but until that version is available everywhere we should work around the bug.

While the upstream fix has been released, I think it's safer to leave our work-around in place for a while. There is no actual need to revert the work-around, so I'll simply close this ticket.
