We decided not to do this. The tracker purging shouldn't have any negative impact on this feature. Classification and purging will happen independently of whether the tracker purge mechanism has purged data for a site. In the future we can consider deprecating tracker purging in favor of bounce tracking protection, but as of now that's not required. Both mechanisms can run alongside each other.
