The legal team would like us to add two things to our about:welcome survey template:

Links to Mozilla Communications Privacy Notice and Communications Terms

A copy line about “by clicking submit I agree” coupled with the primary button that indicates “Submit and Next” button (TBD on actual string)

Please investigate off-train solutions and send a screenshot to @Najla Bulous to share with the legal team. If we need an on-train solution, we’ll likely need to uplift to avoid delaying all of our survey experiments.
