Page doesn't cycle colors as it says.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load page.
Actual Results:  
Page is yellow.

Expected Results:  
Page cycles between white and yellow.

The testcase assumes synchronous repaints between the .bgcolor changes... bad
assumption.  We do change the colors, but the testcase runs so fast we don't
have time to paint the intermediate stages (as in, I think this bug is invalid).

Attachment: toString with bgColor is worked properly

I do this stuff through SetTimeout, and it is work for me.

Same reasoning as in 128125: an issue in an outdated test suite is not a problem users are likely to encounter, and not something we IMHO should spend time on.
