Attachment: Mozilla account sign-in page password requirements

The password requirements hint on the Mozilla Accounts sign-in page make other textfields not clickable intermittently. This issue causes intermittent test failures on Firefox iOS's automated tests when sign-in is needed.

From the logs given by the the sync integration tests (testing connections between Firefox iOS and stage sync server), here's the snippet of the log that indicates a fail attempt to tap on the SecuireTextField to get focus on the field.

Note that we use iPhone 15 emulators for the automated tests. The screen size is limited.

This might be related to the new react page that FxA is rolling out - moving to the FxA component on cloud services

FxA is changing how the password requirements are going to be displayed in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXA-7896. That will (indirectly) fix this issue.
