Now that attachments have been migrated to Google, we also need to start storing sitemap and mining data in Google as well. This bug is to track the work for this

Note to self:

• Decide whether to add new config parameters or just rename/repurpose the current ones to store Google config parameters. Will we need to support both storage methods?
• Renaming will be less code change and less clutter on the parameter config pages.
