When hovering a tab in which its document is RTL, the preview is shown from the left side POV, so the "imporant" bits of the page are not shown.
See attached, in the screenshot I'm hovering the about:preferences, and all of the imporant info is hidden in the right side. The left side is meaningless.
The same is relevant for most RTL pages, or really pages in general.

I am no longer able to reproduce this issue on Firefox Beta 128.0b3, build ID 20240614092043 / Firefox Nightly 129.0a1, build ID 20240616215431 using macOS 14.4, Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04.
When hovering the about:preferences page while the language is set to an RTL language (tested with 'he' and 'ar'), the tab hover preview shows the right side of the page.
I have searched for the fix using Mozregression and it pointed to Bug 1879089.
Based on the above I am marking this verified as fixed.
