Looks fixed to me using latest Nightly 128.0a1 RTL and LTR builds across platforms (macOS 13, Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04). Now the entire about url is displayed inside the tab preview.

Itiel, do you mind if you check on your side as well? Just to be sure
