Details

We're currently receiving errors installing zstandard==0.15.2 on mozillabuild 4.1 on windows testers, so this request is to update that package with several newer versions that officially support python 3.11 (which is the embedded version of mozillabuild 4.1).

Following the instructions here I was able to upload the files successfully.
