When attempting to compose a new letter or reply to a received e-mail, the
computer locks up and Mail can only be closed by using the end task function.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla.
2.Click compose button or reply button.
3.Watch hourglass.
Actual Results:
Nothing. The compose window did not open. The processor has been totally
utilized by the program. Nothing else will work. Close the mail program by
ending task.
Expected Results:
The compose window should have opened and I would be able to type and send an
e-mail letter. Should not use all the resources of the computer.
The mail program is set to open with the start of Mozilla.
Using Norton Antivirus 2000 and ZoneAlarm 2.6.

Please close mozilla and delete the file "xul.mfl" in your Mozilla Profile
(see the release notes for the profile location)
Do you setup ZA to give Mozilla "server rights" ?
