this page uses a complex structure of frames to display a red line encircling the main page structure. Seamonkey buid 1999111218 does not diaplay these lines correctly and when you scroll the page up and dow the contents of the background in these frames change. Steps to reproduce. 1) go to http://rosenkranz.cjb.net/ 2) scroll up and down result. The page that is already improperly rendered is messed up even more.
