1878651 - Tooltip suggestion translates the css value

Steps to reproduce:

With Swedish language package enabled, in the developer tools' rules editor:

Add the following rule on an element that doesn't have display inline or table-cell :
vertical-align: middle;

An info-icon (circled "i") appears, hover over it.

Actual results:

The suggestion tells me to add display:tabell-cell, which seems to be a translated version of display: table-cell. Notice the word "tabell" instead of "table"

Expected results:

It should say display:table-cell, since css doesn't have a value tabell-cell for display.

We don't indicate that the property name and values shouldn't be translated in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/26dd94a024f21971e539a8650c2f177323c98fe2/devtools/client/locales/en-US/tooltips.ftl#78-80 , so localizers might try to translate those :/

Hi Francesco,

What is the process to update a localized string for a specific locale (here only the swedish version seems wrong)? Should we file a bug?
On our side we will update the note to make it clear that all the properties and values in this section should not be localized.
