User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5
Everytime I start up Phoenix .5 it asks me if I want to make it the default
browser, even though its already been registered as the default HTML handler.
This can be verified through the registry.
Mozilla 1.0 used to do this, but it was fixed in 1.1. Perhaps Phoenix is
looking at more than the default html handler when checking to see if its
default. Is it checking all file extensions it can render?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start
2. ????
3. Profit!
Actual Results:
I get the dialogue box asking me to make Phoenix the default browser. I only
use IE on occasion and its configured to not make itself or ask to be made default.
Expected Results:
Not constantly ask to be made default after its been made so.
Registry key to check default:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command
