Steps to reproduce

1. Open any PDF in Firefox.
2. Highlight a word.
3. From on top of the last highlighted letter Highlight the next word.

Expected result

• It should continue Highlighting from where it left off and only highlight the selected text.
• If its impossible to Highlight the last letter as well, it should continue Highlighting from the end of the Highlighted word.

Actual result

• Trying to Highlight from an already highlighted text will select the entire remaining text.
• The Highlight color is not applied.
