Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-02-07)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.ihg.com/hotels/us/en/reservation
  2. Click on the "Sign in" button.

Expected Behaviour:
A pop-up login form is displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
Nothing happens.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec attached
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.
