User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:123.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/123.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Disable animation in Windows (Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Show animations in Windows).
This setting is not necessary, but seems to increase the frequency of the problem.
  2. Launch Firefox with gfx.webrender.software set to true.
  3. Minimize the Firefox window.
  4. Restore the Firefox window.

Actual results:

  • Sometimes only part of the content is redrawn.
  • The content appears when I scroll the page, hover over the link, switch tabs, or resize the window.

Expected results:

  • The entire content should be redrawn.
