Block images from server is useful. But what if the site is smart and keeps all
ads on its own server? Solution - block images from a path. While not perfect,
it would knock out about 90% of the junk images I see because most of the images
are organized into different directories on the site.
i.e. slashdot stores banners in http://ssads.osdn.com/banner/ . could we block
that entire directory? also, newscientist stores images in the following
directory, http://www.newscientist.com/data/images/ads/ (plus other
subdirectories for different companies).
You cannot just block images from the site on certain sites because the site may
become [un|less]usable. Let's get the "root" of the problem :)
This feature would be cool and that's "the bottom line because Stone Cold said so!"

P.S. Please consider this!!! Please, please, please!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a site that uses banners
2. look at the banners
3. get annoyed
