1. From http://jimbob/jars/a_addfiledel.xpi, install this the text file
2. Reinstall the same xpi again, http://jimbob/jars/a_addfiledel.xpi
3. Exit browser
5. Restart browser

RESULT:
Error dialog appears "The program must close to allow a previous installation
attempt to complete.  Please restart."  The subdirectory, addfiledelete, under
the application directory, Netscape.app/Contents/MacOS/, lists three files,
smrtupdt.new, smrtupdt.old, and smrtupdt.txt.  Under Essential Files folder, the
XPICleanup Data file is still present which helps explain the error dialog. 
This behavior is not observed from 1.2.1 which works as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Browser starts with no errors.  Only one file, smrtupdt.txt, exists under
addfiledelete folder.  XPICleanup Data does not exist from Esssential Files folder.

Nominating for beta.  This needs to be fixed because replacing files is
fundamental.  Most users would not be able to restart the browser.  This worked
under mozilla 1.2.1.

crash- twice so far
