With the recent changes to beta/release branches, we need to run all of our performance tests with crons in those branches so that we don't overload our CI machines. However, an issue there is that the crons are increasing in complexity. Instead, we should implement a cron attribute that can by keyed by the test-platform/variant to make this more manageable. This exists in mozperftest so it might be a simple change to do in these other harnesses.
