Steps to reproduce:

Tap the screen, then very quickly: touch it and start moving the pointer .

Happens on last Firefox on Samsung Galaxy Note, i also reported this to Samsung but higher chance to achieve this at already released devices which cost many milions USD total is probably at Android-Firefox binding .

Actual results:

Control is in zooming mode untill you lift the pointer off the screen .

This is consistently distrupting, especially when using a stylus/pen .

Expected results:

If setting is set to disable, or by default, normal scrolling if available in the context on the page .
