Should we enable the events stream for all Glean apps?
Right now they are opt-in (in bqetl_project.yaml
per app id).
Enabling it by default would mean removing that configuration, removing the checks in sql_generators/glean_usage/events_stream.py
, or potentially inverting them (so we can opt-out some apps if needed)

Unsolicited chime in: I strongly believe we should enable this by default or, at least, making it an intentional decision NOT TO ENABLE IT when adding a new glean application.
