If you open the tab overflow menu and click "Hidden Tabs" you see an entry for Firefox View despite it not being hidden.

Additional note for reproduction: It is only added to the list of hidden tabs if you have already switched to it during the current session.

Firefox View is technically a hidden tab within the tab strip even though visually its not hidden. We might want to special-case that for the tab overflow menu so it doesn't show there (I believe we already have such logic elsewhere).
