I am still able to reproduce the issue using Firefox Nightly 132.0a1, as described in Comment 0.
Expiration date filed is not autofilled when autofilling is triggered from the credit card number field.
However, I have noticed that the expiration date field is autofilled when autofilling is triggered from the First name / Surname fields.
Setting extensions.formautofill.heuristics.autofillSameOriginWithTop to True does not solve the issue.
Attaching a screen recording as well.
Attached is the information from about:autofill.
