MacOS 14 introduced a camera in use menu icon with a nice camera view drop down. We also add a more simple icon to the menu. We should remove one or the other.

Image is from 14.3.1 when using FaceTime (not seen in 14.0).

Right, so ideally we would hook into macOS to provide controls via the system indicator, then we can remove ours. We need to check if there is a system API f or that. Even if there is, it might not align with the functionality we currently expose in our indicator: showing the sites that are using camera, microphone, screen and allowing users to switch to the relevant tab/s.

I'll also add the macOS microphone indicator has been a bit buggy, where sometimes when we're capturing the mic it doesn't show up whereas the Firefox indicator does.

It's a bit hard to notice since if you're also capturing a camera, the icon is a camera on a green background. But if you disable the camera it should switch to a microphone on an orange background, and if you click the green camera icon it should show the microphone settings at the bottom of the panel. Alas I've seen us access the microphone with neither of those things happening. It's inconsistent so I'd guess Apple has a race on their end.
