If I use the wizard, the program freezes when I press finish and if I use
"publish events..." nothing happens or sometime it return an error (0x804b0012)

Maybe this is because you have a read-only ftp-proxy configured that has
disabled the PUT-command. Try disabling wihtout proxy and give the result.

This server may gives back something like the following which error-code is not
cared for. This is from www-proxy.t-online.de:

The wizard is a work in progress, please right click on the calendars and select
publish, or select events and then use Tools->Publish Events
