I took a look and found the following:

For whatever reason the link: https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/index/v1/task/gecko.v2.mozilla-central.pushdate.2024.02.18.latest.mobile.android-aarch64-debug/artifacts/public%2Fbuild%2Fgeckoview_example.apk is failing consistently, however the issue is not reproducible when substituting in other dates.
I tried using 2024.02.19 and 2024.02.20 and those links downloaded the apks successfully, so I am going to close this a won't fix if it pops up again I will investigate further
