Steps to reproduce

1. Open any PDF which has a text field in Firefox (eg: http://foersom.com/net/HowTo/data/OoPdfFormExample.pdf).
2. Add text in any one of the fields.
3. Enable the Highlight tool.
4. Highlight the added text.

Expected result

• The text can be highlighted successfully.

Actual result

• The text can't be highlighted.

Regression range

• Not a regression

Additional notes

• After the PDF is saved as "Save to PDF" and reopened in Firefox the text field can be highlighted.
• The drawing tool can be used on the added text field even if the PDF isn't saved as "Save to PDF" first.

:dlucaci, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?
