When going to a page or site from another clicked link (as in a website to get files from), the blue progress bar freezes and does not disappear--despite having the site show it presentation.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a link to take you to another site
2. Transferring data shows in progressbar (in lowermost left of screen)
3. Progress bar stays blue-- doesn't vanish after data transfer done.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Progress bar wont stay blue-- does vanish after data transfer done.
