When you return (BACK) to a page Tab key starts highlighting from the
top of the page ( first object ).

Use the Tab key to navigate down links on a page. http://www.mozilla.org
Press Enter key on one link to navigate to new page.
Press Alt + < to return back to previous page.
If you press the Tab key it does not start at the first unvisited link, but
the top of the page - the first link on the page.
It does not check where you were on that page when you left it.
The page does display all the visited links in a different color.

Is this a new behavior?
